Nijasharana Ambigara Choudayya Development Corporation Invitation for Various Schemes Application | Nijasharana Ambigara Choudayya Nigama Loan Schemes 2023 Apply Online.

The Nijasharana Ambigara Choudayya Development Corporation is inviting applications online for various schemes in the fiscal year 2023-24. Eligible beneficiaries may submit their applications.
To avail the benefits of these schemes, as per Government Order: SA-KI 225 BCI 2000, dated 30/03/2002, Category-1 from 6(a) to 6(ak) will apply for Bestha, Ambiga, Gangamath, Kabbaliga, Koli, Mogaveera, and their sub-castes through online application.
Nijasharana Ambigara Choudayya Nigama Loan Schemes The last date for application submission is within the specified date through the Seva Sindhu portal in Grama One, Karnataka One, and Bengaluru One Service Centers. (Please note that there is no specific deadline for educational loan schemes.)

Ganga Kalyana Water Supply Scheme:

Individual water supply well borehole projects in 24 districts, with a cost of Rs. 3.75 lakhs (including electrification).

For Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Ramanagara, Chikkaballapur, Kolar, and Tumkur districts, the project cost is Rs. 4.75 lakhs (including electrification) and an additional Rs. 50,000 loan can be approved under the 4th installment.

There is an opportunity to provide water supply through the borewell opened in the Malenadu and Coastal regions for the fixed project cost determined for the individual water supply well borehole projects. Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 acres and maximum of 5 acres of land should be owned.

• Small and marginal farmers who do not have access to water supply from any source are eligible.

Annual income should not exceed Rs. 98,000. Applicant’s age should be 18 years or above. Applicants should own a minimum of 02 acres of land in one location.

For Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Kodagu, Uttara Kannada, Chikmagalur, Shimoga, and Hassan districts, a minimum of 1 acre of land should be owned.

Financial Assistance: For Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Ramanagara, Chikkaballapur, Kolar, and Tumkur districts, Rs. 4.75 lakhs. For remaining districts, Rs. 3.75 lakhs.

1) Self-Employment Direct Loan and Assistance Plan:

• Applicants in rural areas should have an annual income not exceeding INR 98,000, and in urban areas, the limit is INR 1,20,000.

• Applicants should be between 18 and 55 years of age.

• Under this plan, for component cost up to INR 1,00,000, a loan with an interest rate of 4% and a subsidy of 20% on the interest amount, up to a maximum of INR 20,000, will be approved. For component cost from INR 1,00,001 to INR 2,00,000, a loan with an interest rate of 4% and a subsidy of 15% on the interest amount, up to a maximum of INR 30,000, will be approved.

• A beneficiary can avail the loan only once. If the entire loan amount along with interest is repaid within the specified period, a one-time subsidy of up to INR 2 lakhs will be provided, without any financial assistance, under the 4% interest rate scheme.

2) Self-Employment Charioteer Plan:

• Applicants in rural areas should have an annual income not exceeding INR 98,000, and in urban areas, the limit is INR 1,20,000.

• Applicants should be between 21 and a maximum of 45 years old.

• Applicants desiring to avail financial assistance under this scheme must hold a valid commercial vehicle license (Yellow Board).

• Applicants should be self-employed.

• Under this plan, for the purchase of a four-wheeler (taxi, Tata Ace, goods vehicle) that has been approved by nationalized banks/rural banks, a subsidy of 50% or a maximum of INR 3 lakhs will be provided. The exact amount will depend on which of the two is lower. The remaining amount of the vehicle cost should be financed by the bank, and the loan should be repaid as per the bank’s terms, along with a fixed interest rate.

3) Self-Employment Loan Scheme (with the support of Commercial Banks):

• Applicants in rural areas should have an annual income not exceeding INR 98,000, and in urban areas, the limit is INR 1,20,000.

• Applicants should be between 18 and 55 years of age.

• Under this plan, upon starting self-employment through commercial banks, a subsidy of 20% or a maximum of INR 1 lakh will be provided by the government, along with a 4% interest rate on the loan amount provided by commercial banks. The banks will charge an interest rate and a fixed fee along with the loan repayment.

4) Knowledge Education Loan Scheme (New):

• Eligible candidates for this scheme are those who have secured seats through CET/CET-PG and have been admitted to colleges.

• A maximum of INR 1 lakh will be provided annually for educational expenses for students pursuing professional, technical, and higher education courses in Karnataka. This assistance will be provided at an interest rate of 2% per annum.

5) Financial Support for Higher Education Abroad:

• Students who have secured admission to higher education courses (Postgraduate and Doctoral) in internationally renowned universities (QS World Ranking 500) will be provided financial support of up to INR 5 lakhs per annum, with zero interest.

General Eligibility and Conditions:

• Applicants must be residents of Karnataka.

• Aadhar card is mandatory as per the Aadhaar Act, 2016, Section 7. The Aadhaar card must be linked with the applicant’s name, caste/income certificate, and bank account.

• Caste and income certificates must be valid and specific to the application.

• Other applicants who have already benefited from the previous subsidy schemes of the government and the Corporation are not eligible.

• Only one person from a family is eligible for benefits.

• Applicants should meet any other eligibility/conditions prescribed by the government or the Corporation.

Special Note:

• The implementation of schemes will be subject to availability of funds.

• In case of any changes in the scheme guidelines, the revised instructions will be implemented from the date of the circular.

• The last date for submission of online applications is specified in the circular.
