The Government of Karnataka launched the Rajiv Gandhi Housing Corporation Limited in January 2000 to provide housing schemes to socially and economically weaker section beneficiaries in the state. So that every citizen of the state will be able to take advantage of these schemes of the government. The implementation of this scheme will provide affordable houses to the economically weaker sections of the society across the state. The scheme promotes transparency and efficiency in management.
