Loan Scheme Government offers interest-free loans up to 2 lakhs for all women | New Loan Scheme, Loans

In a bid to strengthen women and centralize their development, the government has introduced several schemes. These schemes aim to enhance social significance among women, increase skill development, and improve entrepreneurial qualities, thereby providing clear paths towards self-reliance. The state government has now brought another piece of good news for women. The Women’s Empowerment (Stree Shakti) organizations will be provided interest-free loans up to two lakhs by the state government.

Yes, the state government has launched a new scheme during this auspicious Navaratri festival for women’s empowerment organizations. Accordingly, in the budget for this specific loan, the state government has allocated 70.427 billion for women’s welfare programs. Out of a total of 1.65 million women in the state, 25,000 rupees will be provided as revolving funds for every group of 1.65 lakh women’s empowerment organizations, along with interest-free loans up to two lakhs. This information was shared by the Minister of Women and Child Development, Lakshmi Hebbalkar.

ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಬೆಂಬಲವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ತ್ರೀಶಕ್ತಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನೆರವು ಪಡೆದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಗುಡಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಕಸೂತಿ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಪುಟ್ಟ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಸೇರದಂತೆ ಆದಾಯ ಬರುವ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೌಟುಂಬಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The ‘Shree Shakti’ scheme was introduced in the state in the year 2000-01 for the economic and social empowerment of women. In a total of 176 taluks, both urban and rural areas, women’s empowerment groups were established.

Women must cultivate self-confidence, preserve our cultural handicrafts and skilled craftsmanship, and enhance them. This is the goal of this scheme. Alongside shouldering family responsibilities, women are encouraged to boost their self-confidence. The Minister for Women and Child Welfare, Lakshmi Hebbalkar, has been tirelessly working for women’s empowerment and self-reliance. As a symbolic gesture of devotion to women’s empowerment, during these nine auspicious days of Navaratri, she is extending her support to women in every possible way.
