ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡಿನ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ನಗರ ಲಿವರ್ಪೂಲ್ ಹೊರಗೆ :

ವಿಶ್ವಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ತಾಣವಾದ ಲಿವರ್ಪೂಲ್ ಅನ್ನು ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿದೆ . ನಗರದ ಜಲಾಶಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಈ ನಗರವನ್ನು ಪರಂಪರಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 2007 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಮನ್ ಅಭಯಾರಣ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ 2009 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜರ್ಮನಿಯ ಕೆಲವು ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಾಗಿತ್ತು .
UNESCO has lifted World Heritage List from the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The city has been excluded from the Heritage List as it has threatened the value of the city’s reservoirs and other places. In addition, in 2007 the sanctuary of Oman and some of the German sites were removed.

ಲಿವರ್ಪೂಲ್ : ಇದು ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡಿನ ಮರ್ಸಿ ನದಿಯ ದಡದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ನಗರ . ಈ ನಗರವನ್ನು ಬೀಟಲ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ತವರೂರು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ . ಈ ನಗರವು 18 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಿಂದ 20 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ಆರಂಭದವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವಲಸೆ ಬಂದರು ಎಂದು ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿತ್ತು .

Liverpool: This is a city on the banks of the River Mersey, England. The city is known as the home of the Beatles. The city had a reputation as a major trading and immigration center from the 18th to the early 20th century.
2008 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಯುರೋಪಿಯನ್‌ನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಆಗಿತ್ತು 2004 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು . ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ವಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮೂರನೇ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ .
It was the cultural capital of Europe in 2008 and was added to the World Heritage List in 2004. In addition, it is the third site to lose its World Heritage site.

ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ : UNESCO- United nation educational scientific and cultural organisation ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮಾನವ ನಿರ್ಮೀತ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ತಾಣಗಳು ಎಂದು ಯುನಸ್ಕೋ ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು ಇದನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ .
UNESCO World Heritage List:

UNESCO Announces UNESCO World Heritage Sites as a World Heritage Site It has begun to promote the protection of world humanity’s culture and natural heritage.
1972 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ವಿಶ್ವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ . ಇದರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಪ್ರಾನ್ಸಿನ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಸ್ , ಇದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 167 ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಸುಮಾರು 1100 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ರ್ತಾಗಳೆಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಿಮಾಡಿದೆ . ( 2021 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 1121 ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ತಾಣಗಳು ಇವೆ . ) ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಿಂದ ಚುನಾಯಿತರಾದ 21 ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ .

It was enacted in 1972 by the International Covenant on Conservation of UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Its headquarters is in Paris, France, which currently has 167 member states and lists more than 1100 heritage sites. (There are currently 1121 World Heritage Sites as of 2021.) The panel consists of 21 UNESCO member states elected by the United Nations General Assembly.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಿಂದ ಚುನಾಯಿತರಾದ 21 ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ . ಭಾರತದ ಒಟ್ಟು 38 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳು ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ . 30 ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ನಗರಗಳು . 7 ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ನಗರಗಳು , 1 ಮಿಶ್ರ ನಗರ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಿಂದ 1986 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಪಿ , 1987 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟದಕಲ್ಲು , ಹಾಗೂ 2012 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ . ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 18 ನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ದಿನವೆಂದು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ .
