He called a press conference in Bangalore and officially shared the information about Gruha lakshmi Yojana launch date and etc.

He said that approximately 1.28 lakh families will get the benefit of Griha Lakshmi Yojana in the state and 30,000 crores has been earmarked for this scheme.

Gruha Lakshmi scheme required documents

Gruha Lakshmi scheme required documents- Details of required documents for Gruha Lakshmi scheme application submission:

• 2) APL / BPL / Atyodaya Ration Card
• 3) Mobile

Note:

Those who don’t want to transfer money to a bank account with an Aadhaar link should take a copy of their bank passbook and upload its details.

Where to apply for gruha jyothi?

The government will send the details of application date, time and place of application to every female owner of the family enrolled in the ration card through SMS to their respective mobile numbers, according to which the rural people can apply at your nearest Gram One Kendra, Bapuji Seva Kendra.
Those residing in urban areas should visit the Karnataka One and Bangalore One centers on their scheduled date and time to apply.

Once the applicant is allowed to go to the designated center on the proper day or time to apply at the same center every day after 5-00 hrs.
Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar shared the information in a press conference yesterday that the state government has not set an end date for this process.

Gruha Lakshmi Eligibility- Who is eligible to apply for Gruha Lakshmi Yojana?

Those who are identified as the female owner in the ration card are eligible to receive financial assistance under the scheme. Once the female owner of the family dies, the other woman of the household is allowed to apply. If the employer or her husband is an Income Tax or GST payer then they are not eligible to apply for the scheme.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee to apply for this scheme is completely free.

Method:

All the Aadhaar Card of the applicant in the first stage. The ration card information and other details are recorded in the government software, after which the details go to the login of the Child Development Officers (CDPO) of the Women and Child Welfare Department, who ensure that the applicant’s ration and Aadhaar name are matched and the correct applicant’s sanction letter is delivered to the beneficiary’s home by the Anganwadi workers.

When will the first installment of Gruha Lakshmi Yojana-Gruha Lakshmi 1st installment?

It has been informed that on August 16 or 17, the first installment of Grilahakshmi Yojana Rs 2000 will be transferred to the beneficiary account.

In addition to this, one male and one female citizen representative is being appointed for a village of 1000 population by the state government to assist citizens facing technology barriers in applying for the Grilahakshmi Yojana, using a mobile application developed by the Karnataka government for registration. “The public representative will visit the houses of the intended beneficiaries and petition on behalf of the citizens.
