The applicant must belong to a religious minority in the state of Karnataka.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
Applicants should be between 18 to 55 years of age.
Annual family income is Rs. Should be less than 4,50,000/-. (from all sources)
Applicants must possess Driving License issued by Regional Transport Officer (RTO).
No member of the applicant’s family should be a Central or State Government employee.
Applicant or his or her family members should not have availed loan facilities under any other scheme (other than awareness scheme) of Government or Corporation in last 05 years.
