Application Process for Karnataka Griha Jyoti Yojana

• You don’t need to go to any government offices to avail the free electricity scheme.
• Because whenever the electricity bill arrives at your home, the official bill will be generated even if you use only 200 units. The officer will then reset your meter reading to zero.
• If a household consumes up to 200 units of electricity, they cannot pay for electricity.
• This procedure takes place on a monthly basis.
• If you use 201 units per month, you have to pay the electricity bill for those units; Otherwise, there is no need to pay the bill.
