1. It will open a new application form where you have to select District, Block/ Municipality, Gram Panchayat/ Ward, Pin Code, Post Office, Police Station, Flat/ Premises Number, Street/ Lane Number, etc.
2. You will also have to fill DOB, EPIC number, Aadhar number, PAN
3. Enter the address to which the card should be delivered
4. Next, click on the Show Members button to check the details. If you want to add more, you can click on Add Member Details.
5. Submit the application and you will receive an application number that can be used to track the form.

Existing digital cardholder

• Select your District, Block/Municipality, Gram Panchayat/Ward, Pin Code, Post Office, Police Station, Flat/Zone Number, Street/Lane Number, and Ration Card Number.
• Click on the Show button to see all the details. It will display the details of the applicant’s family members on the screen.
• You can select all listed members or select only those you wish to convert to non-subsidized digital rations. Once done, click on the View Selected List button.
• Next, enter your DOB, EPIC number, Aadhar number, and PAN, and click on submit button.
• It generates an application number for further use and allows you to download the submitted application in PDF format
